Kashmiri Acacia Honey
A delicate, monofloral Kashmiri honey with a gentle floral sweetness, subtle vanilla notes and a clean finish. Raw and filtered.
What makes it special
Kashmiri Acacia Honey is a delicate monofloral honey produced predominantly from the nectar of Robinia pseudoacacia, commonly known as the Black Locust or false acacia tree. When these trees bloom, clusters of fragrant white flowers provide bees with a distinctive floral nectar source. The resulting honey is prized for its remarkable clarity, mild flavor and naturally fluid consistency. Acacia honey naturally contains a relatively high proportion of fructose compared with glucose, which contributes to its tendency to crystallize more slowly than many other varieties of honey.
Look & Texture
Exceptionally light in appearance, ranging from almost transparent and pale straw to a delicate light gold. Smooth, glossy and beautifully fluid.
Taste
A very gentle floral sweetness with subtle vanilla-like notes and a clean, delicate finish. It is mild enough to sweeten foods and drinks without overpowering their flavor.
Best Enjoyed
Tea, yogurt, fruit, toast, breakfast dishes, cheese or simply by the spoonful.
